C\u2019est une condition sine qua non pour lutter contre les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre, parfois ancr\u00e9s dans les cultures d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines organisations h\u00e9ritent de cultures m\u00e9tiers qui \u00ab tol\u00e8rent \u00bb voire \u00ab valorisent \u00bb les blagues potaches ou un langage inappropri\u00e9, ce qui cr\u00e9e de fait des exclusions, des risques psychosociaux et de la non-performance.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, la loi ne comporte aucune \u00e9quivoque : le sexisme est un comportement fautif. C\u2019est donc \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de promulguer une politique de \u00ab z\u00e9ro tol\u00e9rance \u00bb afin d\u2019enrayer les abus plus graves tels que le harc\u00e8lement sexuel.<\/p>\n<p>Pour transformer les comportements sur le long terme, la sanction ne suffit pas, une acculturation aupr\u00e8s de tous les salari\u00e9s peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire. Des limites claires et formelles doivent \u00eatre pos\u00e9es. Le \u00ab cela a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 comme \u00e7a \u00bb est de moins en moins entendable, et c\u2019est encore plus vrai pour les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.
